Ramadan is approaching. I can make a few Egyptian/Arabic dishes (koshari, hummus, tabouli, baba ghanou, chicken panne, Basbousa) but I would like to expand my skill set in time for Ramadan to make my husband feel more like he's at home. He likes Egyptian and Arabic food, but doesn't like that many dishes are greasy and fatty.
So, I'm looking for authentic recipes (full fat and sugar) as well heathier alternatives. Web sites, book titles, actual recipes...all are welcome. I'll try to post my recipes soon!
