This is the way I like snow... from inside or even better, in photos. As long as I don't have to set foot in it. Did you go skiing?

Yeah-we did. I love snow when it's for purpose: Christmas and sport/fun. Driving up to the mountains is like a break from the city where we so rarely get any snow, not to mention several feet.

Cross country skiing is hard work... can you walk today? :-)

3 hours worth, too. My hips, thighs, butt, shoulders, back and arms are REALLY sore. I fell twice, and it was on a pretty fast and steep hill...just lost control halfway down. Is it possible to get whiplash from that?

Well... probably not whiplash as such, but you can sure as heck injure various body parts...

I would love to just get under one of those trees and shake it! I think for a minute I would be in blizzard like conditions. I wish here in Georgia we would get some snow, but it stops just north of us. Following through with a New Years Resolution to get more exercise I would assume

No need to shake the trees, R. The blizzard kicked in later on in the day. Getting out there was not so much about a resolution, but just a continuing plan to exercise more and enjoy the great things this area has to offer before I leave it. There are so new photos on my flickr site if you want to check them out!
