This was one of my faves from holiday TV lineup. It's not being shown on network TV this year...gotta love youtube.

This is off topic, because I can't find the appropriate topic, but I remember you wrote about the have a happy period that the always advert had? I didn't actually believe anyone would be that insensitive so as to tell me to have a happy period when I read your post, BUT I SAW IT YESTERDAY ON TV! It DOES say have a happy period! OMG what were they thinking when they wrote that? I'm so tempted to write a post about it soon when I'm on my period next, sweating and cramping away with a pack of pain killers in my hand and a hot water bottle attached to my belly like an umbelical cord!! Have a happy xmas and a great new year :D
Eid Mubarak to you UM! Yes, that ad was CLEARLY written by a man! I just see the ad team brainstorming now, "OK, let's take the millenia old concept that a menstrual cycle is uncomfortable and inconvenient at best, and turn it around. If Oprah can make Americans read for pleasure..."

Yes, while we're off-topic, that had to be one of those most stupid ads ever. Obviously not written by a woman who has the kind of cramps we have.
