I disagreed with that interpretation too. I think the direction of some of the questions made her uncomfortable, but I expect that she 'expected' them. She handled it well.
She admitted that she doesn't watch the show and I think she assumed that once the interview was over, she was to get up and go. To me that is what she appeared to do.

I watched that one last night on the show and I thought that it was the most uncomfortable 'looking' interview in Daily Show history.
The best part of the show was the pre-interview re-do of "You don't know DICK" to "You don't know Richard Cheney" :-)
