LOL...my husband was his personal trainer way back when.
You know he's coming to do shows in USA. I see the commercial on the Arabic DISH all the time! He's from MY "hometown" in Egypt, btw...Port Said!!!!

My hubby went to school with Mustafa Amar back in the day. He said that he wanted everyone to come and hear him sing. His uncle owns a copy shop in Alex and has pictures of Mustafa Amar allll over the place lol.
Wow I would love to see Amr in concert!! I think he plays in NY. I will find this out.
I think Tamer is hot too...I just wish he would get that unibrow fixed lol.

I love Mustafa Amr's music-small world. Egypt is a village of 60 some million.

If I am in the mood for eGyptian (LOL) music I'd rather listen to Natacha Atlas so I get a good mix of European sounds in there as well.
Abu Sinan, I had an Egyptian student in a uni in Dubai, and his Palestinian colleagues (who had never lived in Palestine) used to tease him: "eGyptian izza veddy good. eGyptian izza veddy nice". lol
