Is Bush on a string? It looks more like he has one of those handles you seen on carryon luggage.
The peach thing alludes me... do you know?

bush is a spider...maybe he's one of the insects on the giant peach (as in james')?
Ah...maybe there was a James and the Giant Peach reference in there. They were acutally going for "IN [sic] PEACH" by placing the hollow peach over the little Bush character. I missed this year's parade-they normally have naked cyclists w/ painted bodies as an opening act to this parade.
