Though I long to be abroad again, there are things about living in Seattle that I love. I took these on Monday.

Ah..the wonder of editing! I played around a bit before posting it, but my camera didn't do the white or the blue justice.

Still looks beautiful, Masha'Allah. Nature is fascinating; it really is! For me, it makes me realise how great and wondrous Allah is.:)

I lived in the area for about 3 1/2 years and loved it. I like it better than here in the metro DC area, that is for sure.

If you like Irish food, head down to Kells on the water front, 1916 Post Avenue. It isnt one of those plastic paddy joints, the owners are the McAleese family from Belfast who moved here to the US when someone was shot and killed at their place in Belfast.

Good food, good people. The craic is 90.

No stranger to Kells, Abu Sinan!
:-) Great place down there...extremely popular in the summer. What were you doing in these here parts?

Ah, yes, Julianna, so most Seattlites! Hence the reason why no one can drive in the snow.
