An email was circulating claiming that the photo of this guy, Brian Peppers, who is registered sex offender in the state of Ohio, was doctored in some way, but apparently Brian Peppers likely suffers from Apert's Syndrome or Crouzon's Syndrome. when i first looked at it, i wondered if it had been altered somehow. this guy is a registered sex offender?
i've never heard of these two diseases before....
So someone actually let him get close enough to them, to have them commit a sex crime against them? Even that in itself, makes me scratch my head. because he doesn't look all there.
I believe his brother said on his own website that the sexual offense was a misunderstanding between his brother and a nurse in his care facility. However, when you read his docket, it indicates that it involved a young girl.
I am blown away by the pic....more so by the alleged sexual offense.
